The Zamboanga del Norte Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ZANECO), Gen. Luna St., Dipolog City invites interested bidders to submit eligibility documents and to bid for the following:

All Bidders shall be required to include the cost of all taxes such as but not limited to Value Added Tax (VAT), income tax, local taxes and other fiscal levies and duties which shall be itemized in the bid form and reflected in the detailed estimates. Such bids, including taxes, shall be the bases for bid evaluation comparison and for determining the Lowest Calculated Bid, per lot.

The scope of detailed technical requirements is outlined in the Bid Documents to be provided to all interested bidders upon application addressed to the Chairperson Bids and Awards Committee and/or BAC Secretariat thru Prescilla B. Tagyam/ e-mail address: baczaneco@gmail.com or Mobile No. (09)816239213 upon payment of the above-stated amount of bid documents.

Also, all concerns shall be clarified and discussed during the Pre-Bid Conference. However, only prospective bidders/ authorized representatives who have purchased the bid documents shall be allowed to participate and raise or submit written queries. The procurement shall be bid in accordance with the provisions of R.A. No. 10531 (Lot 1) and R.A. No. 12009 (Lot 2 & 3).

ZANECO reserves the right to accept and/or reject any bid, to annul bidding process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to the Contract of Award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder(s).
